ABOUT US

The Yell County Wildlife Federation was formed in 1946, for the primary purpose of taking local hands on approach to conservation issues dealing with Fish & Wildlife. Trying to restore fish and wildlife habitat which they depend, in the Yell County and the Arkansas River Valley area. Yell County Wildlife Federation joined with the Arkansas Wildlife Federation in 1948, which is affiliated with the National Wildlife Federation, which is the world’s largest conservation education organization. All 3 agencies work together to restore and conserve our natural resources. YCWF is 0ne of the largest and Oldest organization of its kind in the state. We are the Oldest continuing operating organization in Yell County.
